Lorenzo — Visit Aaron's website
Aaron Farrier was born in Dayton, Ohio on November 22, 1981 and grew up in Tipp City, Ohio. Throughout his Jr. High and High School years, Aaron began playing drums in school, including the marching band before joining his first rock band, Ripple in 1999. Since then Aaron has had the pleasure of playing all over the country in venues such as Disney's Epcot Center and CBGBs. He has also had the pleasure of sharing the stage or jamming with musicians such as David Nelson (Grateful Dead, Riders of the Purple Sage) and Page Hamilton (Helmet).
In 2006, Aaron began online magazine, BackstageMusician.Com. Which features interviews with some of today's greatest musicians including Billy Sheehan, Paul Gilbert, Mike Portnoy, Gavin Harrison and even John O'Hurley (who played J.Peterman on TV's Seinfeld). The site not only includes interviews, but also album, DVD and product reviews. It began out of Farrier's frustration for reading the "same-ol" interviews of his favorite musicians from one site to another. BackstageMusician interviews are candid one-on-one conversations discussing the artists day-to-day life when they're home and away from the spot-light.
Currently, Aaron is playing with full-time national act, Lorenzo who tours the country playing festivals and often a supporting act for major label bands such as Stone Temple Pilots, Shinedown, Hinder and more. The band is also currently developing and filming a reality TV show to begin airing in 2012. When he's not touring with Lorenzo, you can also find Farrier touring with Epiphone artist, Marcus Henderson (famous for his tracking for hit video game, Guitar Hero). Farrier and Henderson often team up to perform clinics in major and independant music stores all over the country including the legendary, House of Guitars in Rochester, NY.
When Aaron isn't busy touring with Lorenzo or Marcus, he also works with Dayton-based engineer Chris "Cookie" Suttle at In the Red Recording Studio recording and writing music for TV, movies and commercials.

What I like best about Aquarian is that they have a drumhead that can fit any job or sound I'm going for. The quality of the heads give me the control I need to get the sounds I want to produce and even as a heavy player, they seem to last a lot longer than other drumheads on the market. Great sound control, durability and unbelievable customer service with everyone at Aquarian, I really couldn't ask for more.
