Crosby and Nash Tour with Stevie D on drums
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Singer-songwriters David Crosby and Graham Nash have confirmed additional dates for their spring tour of the U.S. that kicks off March 25 with a show in Long Beach, CA. While Crosby and Nash’s legendary vocal harmonies will be the centerpiece of the show, they will be accompanied on the road by an ace-backing band featuring James Raymond (keyboards), Dean Parks (guitar), Kevin McCormick (bass), and Steve DiStanislao (drums). Tickets for just-added dates including performances in the Midwest and Northeast go on sale beginning February 11.
The tour will mix acoustic and plugged-in performances. “Touring with a full band gives us the opportunity to do selections from our catalogue that Graham and I haven’t performed live together before,” says Crosby. “We will also be introducing some brand new songs we’ve written, that have never been heard onstage or on record.”
